Still in sweaters. Almost to Florida.

The Simplify Send

Hi Reader,

I leave for Florida next week and I cannot get there fast enough.

Worcester has decided it's still winter. I've been wearing the same rotation of sweaters for what feels like six months and I am done. My mom's condo, warm air, and zero responsibilities for a few days sounds like exactly what I need right now. I leave next week!

Honestly, I think a lot of us are running on fumes lately. The news cycle alone is exhausting, and most of us are trying to run businesses on top of it. The mental load is real.

Here's what I keep coming back to though: the business owners I see handling it best aren't necessarily working harder. They've got things set up so their business can keep moving even when they need to step away. Even when the world feels heavy. Even when they need a week at their mom's house in Florida.

For a lot of them, that starts with finally packaging what they already know.

The course they've had outlined for two years. The membership they keep saying "maybe next quarter" about. The group program that's still living in a Google Doc somewhere.

The knowledge isn't the problem. It never is. All of my clients are creative geniuses and it's never the knowledge or ideas that is the problem.

The problem is the setup. The platform. The tech. The delivery system that has to exist between your brain and your people actually getting what you built.

That's exactly what we help with.

If you've been sitting on an idea for a course or membership and the thing standing between you and launching it is the build, let's talk. No commitment, just a conversation about what it could actually look like.

I have to apologize, truly. Amber at The Boutique Lawyer is running a Spring Contract Sale and everything in her template shop is 50% off. It closes tomorrow night (March 24). I'm an affiliate, so I get a small commission if you buy through my link, and I'm telling you about it with one day left. That's on me. But here's why it was on my mind and why you're getting an email on Monday when I (usually) send them on Wednesdays. I bought a contract template from Amber YEARS ago and while I have...

Hi, Reader!Last week I told you about the client whose email list had been quietly broken for three years. Opt-in forms pointing to the wrong list. A welcome sequence that had never triggered. Subscribers who downloaded her freebie and never heard from her again. I promised more this week. Here it is: The problem with most email marketing advice is that it assumes your system is working. It tells you how to write better subject lines, how to grow your list faster, how to improve your open...

Hi, Reader!A few years ago I had a client come to me who had been in business for three years. She had a lead magnet. She had a landing page. She even had a welcome sequence set up, or so she thought. When we got into the back end of her email platform together, we found opt-in forms pointing to the wrong list. A welcome sequence that had never actually triggered. And subscribers sitting in limbo who had never received a single email after downloading her freebie. Three years of collecting...
