I know exactly what to do, and I still stalled. I kept doing the thing every service business owner does, putting client work first and letting my own stuff slide. The website looked fine, clients were coming in, and it just stayed on the list. Cobbler's kid and all that. I finally looked at it and couldn't unsee the gap between where we are and what the site was showing the world.

That's the thing about websites. They're doing a job every single day whether you're paying attention to them or not, and when they're out of date, they're quietly working against you.
