Hi, Reader! There’s way too much pressure to change by the first day of the month, or the first workday of the month. Even though I had all my holiday decor down and my new year intentions planned by the second, my birthday was the 22nd, we had guests from out of town, and I was recovering from laryngitis. It’s always something! Before we move on from January, I think we need to pause for a moment. Just to notice what it revealed. January has a way of showing us where things are heavier than we expected. Where we’re still holding too much in our heads. Where routines feel fragile instead of supportive. Where effort is high but clarity is low. That information matters. Strategy isn’t about having everything figured out by January 31st. It’s about paying attention early enough that you can adjust before the year runs away from you. If this month felt: messy instead of motivating This is the work I come back to again and again with clients: moving out of reaction mode and into intentional decisions. Deciding what actually deserves your energy. You still get to choose how the rest of this year feels. If January surfaced questions, friction, or mental overload, that’s not a failure. It’s an invitation to get clearer now instead of pushing through and hoping it sorts itself out. And if you don’t want to do that work alone, this is exactly where strategy helps. I’m here when you’re ready. Set up a 15 mins call and we’ll sort it all out. |

Hi, Reader!A few years ago I had a client come to me who had been in business for three years. She had a lead magnet. She had a landing page. She even had a welcome sequence set up, or so she thought. When we got into the back end of her email platform together, we found opt-in forms pointing to the wrong list. A welcome sequence that had never actually triggered. And subscribers sitting in limbo who had never received a single email after downloading her freebie. Three years of collecting...
Hi, Reader!A few weeks ago, I fell into a TikTok rabbit hole. Someone casually mentioned an “adulting” spreadsheet and suddenly I was questioning my entire life. This woman had a list of things I had either never thought about or very much avoided. For example, did you know front-load washers have a drain tube you’re supposed to empty monthly? Because I did not. She also had basics like testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, checking appliance ages, and understanding when big home...
Hi, Reader! I turn 40 today! Last weekend, my husband threw me the most epic 90s-themed rollerskating party - we rented out the whole rink and had the best time! I also came down with laryngitis, so that's fun.But one thing I don't have is that existential crisis that many get when hitting a big milestone. If anything, I feel more clear than I ever have. And clarity is something I don’t take lightly, because it’s also the thing most business owners are missing when they feel stuck,...
