Your funnel's not broken—your offer might be

Last September, I renovated my kitchen. Not a light refresh—we’re talking down to the studs. Pink 1956 tiles ripped up, walls opened, old systems pulled out. It was messy, loud, and disruptive.

But it was also necessary. Because the kitchen didn’t function the way we needed it to.

And lately I’ve been doing the same thing with my business.

I’ve taken everything apart—services, systems, messaging, offers—and now I’m rebuilding. Smarter, cleaner, clearer. No duct tape. No guessing.

Which brings us to this month’s theme: Package It Like a Pro.

Because let’s be honest, your offer might be the reason your business feels stuck.

Here’s what I mean:

  • If your offer is unclear, your funnel breaks
  • If your deliverables are vague, you can’t write a proposal, scope of work, or onboarding email
  • If your packages are messy, you can’t hire a team to deliver them
  • If your pricing doesn’t reflect your value, you undercharge—or scare off the right people

Your offer is the foundation of your sales system—not just what you sell, but how it’s sold, delivered, and delegated.

This month, we’re going to clean up your offers so that everything else—your marketing, your team, your sales funnel—can actually work. Think of it as “fixing the funnel before the funnel even exists.”
